Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for orders. There are a number of reasons for this. The main one is that we are a network that promotes the sales of products made by small scale Zambian artisans. The cost associated with returns means that those artisans would ultimately lose a good proportion of their income. Additionally, by sending an item back to Zambia we incur customs charges on that product, incurring a further loss to the artisan.
Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched then please email firstname.lastname@example.org Orders can only be refunded prior to the order confirmation being sent. We will cancel your order and advise if we are able to process a refund.
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or not the product you ordered then please contact us at email@example.com with your order number, a description of the faulty item and a photo showing the issue. You have 14 days from receipt of the product(s) to notify us of any issues. We will get back to you as soon as possible and arrange a replacement to be shipped for you. We only offer a replacement on faulty items, not refunds.
